With DPT as an outsourcing partner, you will have a dedicated Project Management Team.  Serving as your primary contact point, your Project Manager works with you to refine the scope of your project, determine time lines, assemble necessary resources, and communicate milestone results.  Our Project Managers are dedicated to your project and understand that speed to market is critical.  At DPT, we know that even the smallest delay can be costly.  With this in mind, our Project Management Team guides you through the development process helping you eliminate costly delays and improving project efficiency.
